It was the first time I had ever been river fishing. A beginners river fishing tips is I started out the day going to a local bait and tackle shop. The man at the bait and tackle shop told me the first thing I need to do was make sure I had was plenty of hooks and plenty of sinkers. He then said when you’re going you can never have too much tackle. With the water changing every minute, you never know what to expect. The bottom of the river is full of all kinds of snags such as rocks, trees, brush, and other debris. Although I had a few snags and lost some hooks and sinkers, I caught lots of fish and had a great time. I would recommend that everyone should try it at least once.
